Four Cheese Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Rich cream sauce meets tender chicken in this chicken Alfredo pasta recipe. And, since most of the cooking happens in the oven (the shredded cheese saves a ton of time, too), you can relax while the flavours—and cheese—melt together. Serve with salad for a complete meal.

    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 400°F. Spray a 9x13-in baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    Stir Parmesan, parsley and garlic powder in a small bowl until combined.

    Combine milk and Alfredo sauce in a large saucepan set over medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil.

    Separate fettuccine noodles. Add to sauce. Stir to evenly coat. Transfer to prepared dish. Top with chicken breasts in one layer. Then sprinkle Parmesan mixture and shredded cheese evenly overtop.

    Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast reads 165°F, about 30 minutes.
