Air Fryer Plantains
Preheat air fryer to 350ºF.
Peel and cut plantains on a slight diagonal into ¼- to ½-inch pieces, then add to a large bowl.
Gently mix plantains with oil and salt.
Place seasoned plantains in a single layer in the basket of air fryer and insert basket into air fryer to cook for 8 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes, until tender and golden brown around the edges.
Jazz up your fried plantains with your favourite spice and garnish (optional). Serve warm.
