Easy Air Fryer Tofu
Cut tofu into 1/2-inch cubes, add to a large bowl and gently mix in soy sauce and oil, followed by cornstarch. Add tofu in a single layer to your air fryer’s basket. Insert basket into air fryer and heat to 400ºF (this will take about 4 minutes). Set the timer for 10 minutes and cook, shaking once halfway through.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl.
Using oven mitts, tip the tofu into a serving bowl, garnish with green onions and serve with sauce on the side for dipping. Alternatively, you can toss the cooked tofu with the sauce in a large bowl and serve.
