
Blueberry-Apple Breakfast Crisp Recipe

Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 350°F. Lightly spray an 8-in glass baking dish with oil.

Stir apples, blueberries, 1/4 cup brown sugar, orange juice concentrate, 2 tbsp flour and cinnamon in a large bowl until fruit is evenly coated. Scrape into prepared dish.

Combine oats, butter, remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp flour in same bowl. Stir until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.

Bake until apples are tender, about 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm.
