Asian Beef Fondue Recipe
Combine broth, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and green onions in a pot set over medium-high. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into a fondue pot.
Dip slices of beef and vegetables into hot broth mixture and cook about 30 seconds. Serve with cooked rice noodles or rice, if desired.
