This flavourful Asian beef fondue hits all the right notes at the dinner table. Interactive and packed with flavour (thank the ginger, garlic, soy and onion broth), it adds fresh entertainment to dinner time. Just hand out the fondue forks, set out a side of rice noodles, and dig in!

Combine broth, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and green onion in a pot set over medium-high. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into fondue pot.

Dip slices of beef and vegetables into hot broth mixture and cook about 30 seconds. Serve with cooked rice noodles or rice, if desired.
