Asian Beef Fondue Recipe
Combine broth, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and green onion in a pot set over medium-high. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into fondue pot.
Dip slices of beef and vegetables into hot broth mixture and cook about 30 seconds. Serve with cooked rice noodles or rice, if desired.
