Asian Steak Salad Recipe
Whisk orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, vinegar, ginger, vegetable oil, garlic and hot sauce in a large bowl until combined.
Pour 1/4 cup orange dressing over steak in a shallow non-aluminum dish, turning to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Reserve remaining dressing.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Oil grill. Barbecue steak until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of steak reads 145°F for medium-rare, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board. Let stand 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, add salad greens, asparagus, red pepper, cucumber, green onions and cilantro to reserved dressing. Toss to coat. Slice steak. Serve steak with salad.
