This scrumptious salad is filling enough to be your next meal. Our Asian steak salad recipe combines deep flavours like sesame, honey, garlic and ginger for a mouth-watering dish. Just marinade the steak, put it on the grill, and toss your salad!

    Whisk orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, vinegar, ginger, vegetable oil, garlic and hot sauce in a large bowl until combined.

    Pour 1/4 cup orange dressing over steak in a shallow non-aluminum dish, turning to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Reserve remaining dressing.

    Preheat barbecue to medium-high.

    Oil grill. Barbecue steak until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of steak reads 145°F for medium-rare, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board. Let stand 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, add salad greens, asparagus, red pepper, cucumber, green onions and cilantro to reserved dressing. Toss to coat. Slice steak. Serve steak with salad.
