Easy Mexican Rice Recipe
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add margarine. Swirl to melt. Sprinkle over chili powder. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Stir in rice. Cook, stirring often, for 1 minute. Stir in corn, water and salsa. Increase heat to high. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook, covered, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
