Bacon & Egg Grilled Cheese Sandwich

    Whisk together egg and milk in a wide shallow bowl. Cut bacon strips in half and crisp following package directions.

    Sandwich cheese and bacon between 2 slices of bread. Dip sandwich into egg mixture, allowing bread to absorb the egg mixture. Carefully flip sandwich and press lightly until all the mixture is absorbed.

    Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add butter, then sandwich. Cook until golden and crispy, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
