Baked Maple Salmon
Stir maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Spray a 9x13-in baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange salmon in prepared dish. Pour marinade over salmon. Cover tightly with plastic. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours, or overnight.
Remove salmon from the refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Remove plastic.
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 400°F.
Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of fish reads 158°F, about 20 minutes.
