Baked Maple Salmon
Combine maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder. Place salmon in a prepared (sprayed with vegetable oil spray) shallow baking dish that just fits the salmon. Pour the marinade over the salmon and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight (or for less time, if you prefer). Remove salmon from the refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 400°. Place the glass baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
