Chicken-Alfredo Baked Tomatoes

45-minute recipe Serves 6
This dish is an easy alternative to rich pasta, and it's cooked in just 30 minutes. What makes these baked tomatoes special? They're stuffed with chicken, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese (and baked to cheesy perfection). It's so delicious, no one will even notice the noodles are missing.
