
Grilled Balsamic Beef Skewers

Position rack in top third of oven, then preheat to broil.

Crumble bouillon cube into a small bowl. Add oil gradually and mash into a paste. Stir in Balsamic Mayonnaise and Italian seasoning. Reserve 1/4 cup of mayonnaise mixture in a small cup for dipping sauce.

Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers. Place skewers on a baking sheet and brush with 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise mixture.

Broil skewers, turning and brushing with remaining mayonnaise mixture, until steak springs back slightly when pressed, about 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare. Serve with dipping sauce.
