    Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-low. Add oil, then onions. Cook, stirring frequently, until vert soft and golden brown, about 45 minutes.

    Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then stir in Balsamic Mayonnaise. Serve with steak, on burgers, or spread onto roast beef or turkey sandwiches.
