Grilled Red Onions With Balsamic
Tip: Try these balsamic onions with a grilled burger or striploin steak.
Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Spray an 8x8-in foil pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Place onion slices in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Gently toss to coat, trying to keep slices in one piece.
Arrange onions in prepared pan in a single layer. Place pan on grill.
Grill until onion is tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
