This quick Angus steak recipe deserves a place in your weeknight meal rotation. Bonus: If you plan ahead and marinate overnight, dinner if ready in just 10 minutes. Serve with potatoes and summery salad like this easy spinach salad.

    Stir vinegar, soy sauce, honey, oil, green onion and black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add steaks. Rub marinade into meat. Refrigerate and marinate steaks for at least 3 hours or up to 1 day.

    Bring steaks to room temperature before barbecuing, about 1 hour.

    Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Oil grill. Barbecue steaks, with lid open, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of steak reads 145°F, for medium-rare, about 4 to 6 minutes per side.

    Transfer steaks to a platter and cover loosely with foil. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
