Balsamic-Soy Angus Steak Recipe
Stir vinegar, soy sauce, honey, oil, green onion and black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add steaks. Rub marinade into meat. Refrigerate and marinate steaks for at least 3 hours or up to 1 day.
Bring steaks to room temperature before barbecuing, about 1 hour.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Oil grill. Barbecue steaks, with lid open, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of steak reads 145°F, for medium-rare, about 4 to 6 minutes per side.
Transfer steaks to a platter and cover loosely with foil. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
