    Preheat barbecue to medium-high.

    Oil grill. Barbecue salmon until grill-marked, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Continue to barbecue, basting with barbecue sauce, until an instant-read thermometer reads 158°F, 2 to 3 minutes.

    Meanwhile, barbecue pineapple rings until grill-marked and tender, 2 minutes per side.

    Assemble salmon in buns with arugula and pineapple rings. Serve with more BBQ sauce, if desired.
