Bean & Corn Chowder
Heat a large saucepan over medium. Add margarine, then carrots, onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle over flour, then stir until it is no longer visible.
Stir in milk, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Increase heat to high.
Bring to boil, stirring often, then reduce heat to low. Stir in beans, corn and parsley. Simmer until heated through, about 10 minutes.
