One-Skillet Beef Biryani
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add oil, then onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Stir in rice, biryani sauce, raisins and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, until rice is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir in cilantro. Serve rice with a dollop of yogurt, then sprinkle with almonds.
