
Mixed Berry Punch Recipe

Nothing says summer like fresh raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. This punch is a sweet-tart non alcoholic cocktail anyone will enjoy. It features berries, fizzy sparkle and a touch of vinegar to add complexity and balance. Pack some tall glasses with ice and serve at your next barbecue.

Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan set over medium. Cook, without stirring, until syrupy, about 5 minutes.

Add mixed berries and cook until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir in vinegar. Transfer to a pitcher. Refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours.

To serve, pour sparkling water into pitcher. Serve punch in glasses filled with ice.
