Classic Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add bacon. Cook until crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
Crack eggs into bacon fat in pan. Fry eggs over easy, 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with black pepper.
Lay 2 cheese slices each over 4 slices of bread. Spread ketchup over remaining 4 slices of bread. Arrange 2 bacon strips over each cheese bread, then fried eggs overtop. Sandwich with ketchup-spread bread.
Toast breakfast sandwiches in same pan over medium until golden-brown, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
