Chicken with Rice & Black Beans Recipe
Prepare side dish following package directions.
Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then chicken. Cook, stirring often, until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Stir corn, chilies and beans into side dish. Divide amongst plates, then top with chicken and cheese. Serve with a side salad, if desired.
