Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 375°F.
Place blueberries in an 8-in baking dish.
Combine flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise. Using fingers, gently squeeze dough to form crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over blueberries, spreading evenly.
Bake until topping is golden, about 30 minutes.
