
Blueberry-Swirl Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Combine blueberries with 1/4 cup honey and lemon juice in a small saucepan set over high. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and gently boil, stirring occasionally, until syrupy, 8 to 10 minutes. Scrape mixture into a metal bowl and chill in freezer until cold, about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, whisk yogurt with vanilla and remaining 1/2 cup honey in a large bowl until smooth.

Scrape yogurt mixture into a pre-frozen ice-cream-maker bowl and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions, about 30 to 45 minutes.

Scrape alternate layers of churned vanilla frozen yogurt and cold blueberry syrup into containers. Freeze up to 1 month.
