    Whisk yogurt with honey and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.

    Scrape mixture into a pre-frozen ice-cream-maker bowl and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions, 30 to 45 min. Transfer to a covered container and freeze up to a month.

    To make blueberry-swirl frozen yogurt: combine 1 cup blueberries with ¼ cup honey and 2 tbsp lemon juice in a small saucepan set over high. Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to medium and gently boil, stirring occasionally, until syrupy, 8 to 10 min. Transfer to a metal bowl and chill in freezer until cold, about 1 hour.

    Scrape alternate layers of churned vanilla frozen yogurt and cold blueberry syrup into containers before freezing.
