
Breakfast Pizza

Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 375°F.

Whisk together eggs, egg whites, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

Heat a large frying pan over medium. Add oil, then zucchini and bell pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender-crisp, 5 to 7 minutes. Add egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are just set, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet. Spoon egg mixture over pizza crust. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 to 6 minutes.
