Sautéed Brussels Sprouts
Cover Brussels sprouts with water in a medium saucepan set over medium-high. Cook until tender, about 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add margarine, then shallot. Cook, stirring often, until golden and very soft, about 6 minutes.
Drain Brussels sprouts, then add to shallot. Cook, stirring, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
