Spicy Chicken& Potato Salad

Need a game day salad? Toss potatoes and chicken with Hellmann's® Mayonnaise and cayenne pepper and score with this spicy side dish. Tip: This salad can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve. Top with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and chopped celery leaves to add colour (optional).

    Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Place over high and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium-low, then simmer until potatoes are fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.

    Stir potatoes with chicken, cucumber, mayonnaise, onion, celery and pepper sauce in a large bowl. Garnish with Cayenne pepper and celery leaves, if desired.

    Serve immediately, or refrigerate until chilled.
