Butter Chicken Pizza
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 425°F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
Stir butter chicken sauce, yogurt, garlic and salt in a small bowl.
Toss chicken with 3 tbsp yogurt mixture in a medium bowl. Cover and marinate chicken at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Heat a small frying pan over medium. Add oil, then chicken. Cook, stirring often, until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Spread remaining yogurt sauce over pizza crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Layer with spinach, onion, cherry tomatoes (cut-side up), and cooked chicken. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes before slicing.
