    Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add margarine, squash and mushrooms. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables are golden, about 5 minutes. Add garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

    Stir in water and milk. Bring to a boil. Stir in side dish. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook, covered and stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

    Stir in kale blend. Continue cooking until pasta is tender, about 2 minutes.

    Divide pasta amongst plates. Sprinkle with walnuts.
