Garlic-Lemon Sautéed Vegetables
Tip: Vegetables are best cut into equal sizes to make sure they cook evenly. (In the same sauté time, large pieces will be crunchy, while small pieces will be too soft.)
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add butter, then vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
Add parsley, lemon zest and garlic. Cook 1 minute.
