Chicken Caesar Tacos Recipe
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Brush 2 tbsp dressing all over chicken. Brush 1 tbsp dressing onto bell pepper and onion.
Oil grill. Barbecue vegetables until charred and tender, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Barbecue chicken until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast reads 165°F, about 6 to 7 minutes per side. Transfer vegetables and chicken to a cutting board.
Cut chicken and vegetables into thin slices. Divide amongst tortillas. Top with lettuce. Drizzle with remaining 3 tbsp dressing.
