Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta Recipe

Spice up pasta night! This hearty winter pasta features Cajun-seasoned chicken, smoky sausage and bright peppers. Served with a creamy fettuccine Alfredo it's a meal the whole family will enjoy!

    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat broiler.

    Toss chicken, bell pepper, 2 tbsp oil and Cajun seasoning on a large baking sheet. Broil, flipping chicken and bell pepper halfway, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast reads 165°F, about 12 to 16 minutes.

    Meanwhile, heat a medium saucepan over medium-high. Add remaining 1 tbsp oil, then sausage. Cook, stirring often, until browned, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Add tomato. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 2 minutes.

    Add milk and water to saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr Sidekicks. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook, covered, stirring often, until pasta is tender, about 8 minutes.

    Transfer chicken and bell pepper to a cutting board, then thinly slice. Stir into pasta.
