Brush 4 tortillas with 1 tsp sesame oil.
Halve 2 mini cucumbers lengthwise and cut each into 3 strips. Cut half an avocado into strips and 1 carrot into matchsticks.
Divide vegetables amongst tortillas and layer adding 1 slice smoked salmon to each.Divide ½ cup mayo mixed with 4 tsp sriracha over tortillas then roll up and cut into 1-in thick rolls. Drizzle with more mayo mixture and toasted sesame seeds
