California Roll Rice Bowl
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Arrange salmon on prepared sheet.
Whisk soy sauce, honey and lime juice in a small bowl. Reserve 6 tbsp soy mixture in a large bowl. Brush remaining 3 tbsp soy mixture over salmon.
Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of fish reads 158°F, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare brown rice following package directions.
Toss avocado, cucumber and edamame with remaining soy mixture in large bowl.
Divide grains amongst four bowls. Top with avocado mixture. Place a fillet on each bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
