Caramelized Tropical Yogurt Recipe

This tropical yogurt recipe is an elegant, elevated dessert fit for any special occasion. Caramelizing the pineapple and mango adds a delicate sweetness to the dish. It's a perfect topping for yogurt. Garnish with sliced almond and mint.

    Position rack in upper third of oven, then preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil.

    Stir together brown sugar, orange juice, honey, cinnamon and ginger in a medium bowl.

    Add pineapple and mango and toss to coat. Transfer to prepared sheet.

    Broil until caramelized and bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.

    Spoon yogurt into 4 serving bowls. Top each with fruit mixture and almonds. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
