This broccoli and cheese mashed potatoes recipe is so delicious, and simple to make thanks to the secret ingredient: soup mix! Also made with cheese and fresh milk, this dish is also an excellent source of vitamin C and calcium.

    Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high, then reduce heat to low. Simmer until potatoes are very tender, about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, combine milk, butter and soup mix in a small saucepan. Set over low until warmed slightly.

    Drain potatoes and return to pot. Add warmed milk mixture. Mash until smooth. Stir in cheese.
