Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl

Filled with juicy shredded chicken and salty bacon bits these homemade tortillas cup salads are a lunchtime winner.     Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 375°F.

    Flip over a 12-cup muffin pan. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray. Press tortillas into spaces between raised cups to form bowls. Bake until golden and crisp, about 15 minutes. Let cool.

    Combine chicken and dressing in a small bowl. Spoon chicken mixture into tortilla bowls. Top with lettuce and bacon.
