
Chicken Piccata Recipe

Place flour in shallow dish. Add chicken, turning to coat completely.

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add 2 tbsp margarine. Swirl until melted, then add chicken. Cook chicken until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast reads 165°F, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

Add water and liquid chicken bouillon to same pan. Cook, scraping up browned bits from bottom of pan, until it comes to a simmer. Stir in 1/2 tbsp capers and remaining 1 tbsp margarine. Remove from heat. Stir chicken and any juices into pan. Set aside.

Cook Knorr Sidekicks in a medium saucepan following package directions. Stir in remaining 1/2 tbsp capers.

Serve chicken on top of pasta with pan sauce spooned overtop.
