Chicken Skewers & Peanut Sauce Recipe

    Soak 16 wooden skewers in water in a shallow dish.

    Combine sesame dressing, peanut butter and Sriracha in a small bowl until smooth.

    Place chicken in a resealable bag. Pour in 1/4 cup of the peanut sauce, seal bag and massage to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Heat barbecue to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers.

    Oil grill. Barbecue chicken until no longer pink, 2 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter. Sprinkle with peanuts and green onions. Serve with remaining peanut sauce for dipping.
