
Graveyard Ice Cream Cake

Prepare cake mix following package directions, baking in two 8x8-in baking pans. Cool cakes 15 minutes on a rack. Remove cake from pans and set on rack to cool completely.

Trim tops of cakes to create a flat top. Wrap each cake in foil. Freeze at least 2 hours.

Remove foil and arrange one cake layer on a serving platter. Scoop on your favourite ice cream flavour, smoothing top to form an even layer to edges. Top with second cake. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.

Frost cake all over with 1 tub frosting. Freeze until frosting is firm, about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, decorate cookies with decorating gels to look like gravestones.

To serve, spoon remaining frosting unevenly onto cake to make a "graveyard ground". Sprinkle cake with cookie crumbs for "dirt". Press gravestones and gummy worms into cake. Serve immediately.
