Chocolate-Dipped Chip Recipe
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Microwave the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl on high for 30 seconds. Let stand in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well. Repeat this process 1 to 2 more times, or until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Dip twelve of the potato chips into the melted chocolate, covering roughly half of each chip. Place onto prepared sheet. Transfer remaining chocolate to a snack-sized resealable plastic bag and set aside.
Repeat melting and dipping process with milk chocolate, then white chocolate chips. Transfer remaining portion of each chocolate into a resealable plastic bag.
Snip off a small corner from each plastic bag. Drizzle chocolates over the dipped chips to decorate them. Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 1 hour. Transfer to an airtight container for up to 3 days.
