
Cinnamon Rolls With Oats & Raisins

Let dough stand, covered, at room temperature for 15 minutes to relax. Spray a 8- or 9-in square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add margarine. Stir until combined. Stir in raisins.

Roll dough on a lightly floured counter into a 10x12-in rectangle. (Dough will be very elastic.) Spread oat mixture evenly overtop to within ½ inch of edges.

Starting from long side, roll up jelly roll-style. Pinch seam to seal. With a sharp knife, cut into 9 slices about 1 ¼ inches wide. Arrange cut-side down in prepared pan. Cover loosely with plastic. Let rise in warm place until nearly doubled in size, about 30 minutes.

Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 350°F.

Bake rolls until golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool for 5 minutes. Remove buns from pan. Spread tops of rolls with marmalade. Serve warm.
