Classic Holiday Stuffing Recipe
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 400°F. Lightly spray a 9x13-in baking dish with oil.
Heat a large frying pan over medium. Add butter, then celery, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables are softened, about 7 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
Toss vegetable mixture with bread, eggs and parsley in prepared dish. Drizzle over broth.
Bake until top is golden, about 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
