Yukon Gold Potatoes
1/2 cup
Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
1 lb
Extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
Bread crumbs
1/2 lb
Green Beans

    Heat oven to 400ºF. Toss potatoes with 1 Tbsp. dressing; spread onto half of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, mix meat, onions, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing just until blended; shape into 12 (1-inch) meatballs. Add meatballs to baking sheet with potatoes; bake 20 min. or until done (160ºF). About 5 min. before meatballs and potatoes are done, add beans to pan of boiling water; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Drizzle meatballs with remaining dressing. Serve with potatoes and drained beans.
