Classic Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then beef, onion, celery, carrot and Italian seasoning. Cook, stirring often, until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes and beef broth. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large pot, following package directions, 7 to 9 minutes (it may be a little longer for gluten-free spaghetti). Drain well. Serve sauce over spaghetti.
