    Line a baking sheet with parchment. Scoop yogurt into a small bowl. Pour coconut into another small bowl.

    Slice bananas into 1-in pieces. You will have about 15 pieces. Insert a lollipop stick into each piece. Dip banana pop, one at a time, into yogurt, coating all over. Then dip into coconut, coating all over. Arrange on prepared sheet.

    Freeze until banana is firm, at least 3 hours or overnight. Store frozen banana pops in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
