Spicy Corn on the Cob Recipe
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Peel back corn husks and secure with butcher's twine. Remove silk from cobs. Soak cobs in water for at least 5 minutes before grilling.
Stir lime juice with chilli powder, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
Oil grill. Barbecue corn cobs, using tongs to turn every 2 minutes, until charred, about 10 minutes in total. After each turn, brush the length of hot cob with lime juice mixture. Transfer to a platter.
Serve when cool enough to handle.
