Ingredients

Cooking Apple
1 cup
Cranberries
3/4 cup
Sugar
1 cup
Water
1/4 tsp
Cloves
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon

Directions

Prep: 10-minute | Cook: 25-minute

    Place all ingredients in a large saucepan.

    Bring ingredients to a boil and cook, covered, over low heat until the cranberries pop and the apples are soft – 20 to 25 minutes.

    Place in a food processor and blend until smooth (or for less time, if you prefer chunky cranberry applesauce).

    May be served warm or chilled.
