    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat broiler to high.

    Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Broil until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.

    Combine artichokes, mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes in a medium bowl.

    Flip bread over. Divide artichoke mixture between toasts, then evenly spread. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Broil until bubbly, about 2 to 3 minutes.
