Bacon & Cheese Potato Gratin Recipe

This creamy bacon and cheese potato gratin recipe is rich and cheesy and requires almost no effort. Using canned potatoes, prepared Alfredo sauce, and shredded cheese eliminates the usual prep work, cutting cooking time to 20 minutes!

    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 450°F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    Stir together potatoes, Alfredo sauce and 1/4 cup of the cheese in a medium bowl. Transfer to prepared baking dish, spreading potatoes in an even layer. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of the cheese.

    Bake until bubbling and top is lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
