Black olives, sun-dried tomatoes and basil are tossed with Hellmann's® Creamy Balsamic Mayonnaise-type dressing to serve up a tangy taste of the Mediterranean with this quick chicken dinner.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup
Hellmann's® Creamy Balsamic Mayonnaise Type Dressing
1/3 cup
Regular Water
1 tbsp
Black Olives
1 tbsp
Sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp
Fresh Basil

    Spray large nonstick skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, until browned, about 8 minutes. Remove chicken; set aside. Stir Hellmann’s® Creamy Balsamic Mayonnaise Type Dressing, water, olives and sundried tomatoes into same skillet. Return chicken and juices to skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with basil.
