
Onion & Chickpea Dip Recipe

Packed with good ingredients, this chickpea dip is great for lunches, snacks and vegetable platters. Made from just four ingredients—you can toss it all in the food processor—it's creamy and packed with protein (thank the chickpeas). Tip: You can adjust the flavour with more or less yogurt.

Directions

Combine chickpeas, yogurt and olive oil in a food processor. Whirl until pureed, scraping down sides as needed.

Add soup mix. Whirl until smooth, about 15 to 20 seconds. Add more yogurt, if desired. Scrape into a bowl.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
